Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground meat (game or beef)
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Roll into 2 logs (approximately 2 x 5-inch).

    Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight (24 hours). Unwrap and bake in pan or on cookie sheet at 350° for 1 hour. These freeze well.

    Serve with crackers or use in sandwiches.
