Stuffed Garlic Bread

- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- margarine
- garlic powder
- dill weed
- oregano
Directions

1Pull bread from inside of French bread loaf to leave a shell and reserve bread in a bowl.

2Brown ground beef and chopped onion. Add garlic powder, dill weed, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Drain grease.

3Mix shredded cheese with beef mixture until cheese melts.

4Mix beef mixture with bread mixture and stuff into bread shell.

5Wrap in tinfoil and bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

6Take out of oven and pour melted margarine or butter mixed with garlic powder and dill weed across top and bake another 7 to 10 minutes, until crispy.

7Serve immediately.
