- potatoes, cubed large
- celery and carrots, chunks
- onions
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Pour 1 package Lipton onion soup mix over all.

2Cover casserole with heavy foil, then lid, to seal.

3Bake at 250° for 5 hours or bake at 350° for 3 hours (I found 5 hours is best).

4Do not open to look in while baking!
