  • 1 lb. stew meat
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. tomato juice

Directions

    Cook in Dutch oven with lid on for 4 hours at 250°.

    Two hours before stew is done, add potatoes, green beans and carrots.
