- 2 1/2 lb round steak (cut in 1 inch pieces)
- 2 cup potatoes (cut in big chunks)
- 2 cup carrots (big pieces)
- 1 cup celery (big pieces)
- 1 cup onions (big pieces)
- 1 can tomato soup (10 ounces)
- 2 can water (use empty soup can)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250

2Assemble meat and vegetables in a deep 9x13 casserole dish or a cast iron dutch oven in the order given and season with salt, pepper and garlic

3Combine soup, water, sugar and flour in a bowl.

4Whisk until smooth.

5Pour soup mixture over layered meat and vegetables.

6Cook covered at 250 for 5 hours
