  • 1 good sized pot roast or 2 lb. stew meat
  • carrots
  • onions
  • potatoes
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 1 medium size can V-8 juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Place in roasting pan, meat first.

    Add other ingredients as listed.

    Cover and bake in 325° oven for 3 to 4 hours.

    Can also be prepared in a crock-pot.
