  • 1 c. bouillon or 1 beef bouillon cube and 1 c. water
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can potatoes
  • 1 1/2 lb. stew meat
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 (No. 2) can carrots
  • 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
  • 1 can onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

    Drain vegetables (fresh, frozen or canned).

    Dump all in large casserole.

    Cover.

    Bake in oven at 250° for 6 to 7 hours.
