- 1 lb. lean beef cubes
- potatoes, cut in chunky pieces
- carrots, cut in chunky pieces
- 1 packet Lipton onion soup
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Shake beef cubes in paper bag with flour.

2Place beef on bottom of 2 1/2-quart covered casserole baking dish.

3Put potatoes and carrots on top of beef.

4Sprinkle with Lipton soup.

5Mix 1 can tomato soup with 1 can water and pour over beef and vegetables. Cover with tight lid.

6(Frozen peas may also be added.)

7Bake in 300° oven for three hours without removing lid.
