  • 2 lb. lean beef stew meat
  • 5 stalks celery, cut up
  • 4 to 5 carrots, cut up
  • 1 large can green beans and juice
  • 1 can small onions and juice
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1/2 to 2/3 c. Minute tapioca
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 3 to 4 potatoes, cut up
