  • 6 potatoes, cut up
  • 4 onions, quartered
  • 6 celery stalks, cut into pieces
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. water
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 2 tsp. salt

Directions
