- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. stew beef, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 medium potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 stalks celery, cut in small pieces
- 2 carrots, cut up small
- 1 large can tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder (if desired)
Directions

1Place in heavy duty foil.

2Divide stew meat, potatoes, onions, carrots and celery.

3Season each serving and divide the can of tomatoes over each.

4Place on a cookie sheet.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 2 hours.
