  • 1 onion, sliced thinly
  • 8 carrots (bite size)
  • 4 potatoes, cubed
  • 6 stalks celery
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 3 c. tomato juice
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
