- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 6 potatoes, cubed
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can water
Directions

1Use 2 1/2-quart or larger casserole dish.

2Place uncooked meat in bottom.

3Season to taste, then layer the vegetables as listed except potatoes.

4Pour tomato sauce and water.

5Cover and bake 3 hours at 350°.

6Remove from oven.

7Add potatoes.

8Cover and bake 45 minutes more.
