  • 1 lb. sausage or 1 lb. bacon (cooked and drained)
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 slices white bread (cubed)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat eggs, milk, and salt together.

    Layer in 9x13 inch greased baking dish:

    bread, cooked sausage or bacon, cheese. Pour egg mixture over layers.

    Refrigerate until next morning or bake right away at 350° for 35-40 minutes.

    Serves 6 - 7.
