- 1 lb. sausage, cooked, but not dry
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
- 8 slices white bread (crust trimmed)
- 3 to 4 eggs (depending on size0
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

2Place bread in bottom of dish, then cheese, then sausage.

3Mix together eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper.

4Pour egg mixture over bread mixture.

5Chill overnight in refrigerator.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
