Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups sliced potatoes
- 4 ounces shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 ounces ham or 4 ounces turkey, chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
Directions

1In a medium bowl, beat eggs until foamy.

2Stir in remaining ingredients, except corn flakes.

3Pour into a 9 inch pie pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray or lightly greased.

4Sprinkle with corn flakes.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

7Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
