  • 1 c. lukewarm water
  • 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
  • 1/3 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. potato flakes
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 c. flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water. Add oleo, sugar, salt, beaten egg and potato flakes. Add flour. Mix at 4 p.m. in the afternoon. Knead down after it rises high at 9 p.m.

    Make in buns. Put into 9 x 13-inch pan. Let rise until morning. Put plastic bag over buns while rising. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
