  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 c. lukewarm water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 7 1/2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour

Directions

    At 3 p.m.:

    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and add 1/2 teaspoon sugar.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix all together. Let rise until 10 p.m.

    Form into buns on kitchen table.

    Cover and leave overnight.

    Bake in the morning at 350° for 20 minutes.
