  • 3 c. lukewarm water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. water and 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 c. flour

Directions

    Start at 5 p.m.

    Knead down every hour.

    About 9 p.m., shape into buns and put on well-greased cookie sheet.

    Let rise overnight.

    Bake in the morning at 375° for 15 minutes.
