  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. cooked chicken or leftover ham
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. chopped parsley

Directions

    Combine milk and soup mix until smooth.

    Add uncooked macaroni, water chestnuts, chicken, onion, cheese, 3 of the eggs and salt.

    Refrigerate overnight, remove from refrigerator.
