- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
- 8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. cooked chicken or leftover ham
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Combine milk and soup mix until smooth.

2Add uncooked macaroni, water chestnuts, chicken, onion, cheese, 3 of the eggs and salt.

3Mix well.

4Refrigerate overnight, remove from refrigerator.
