Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked chicken, turkey or tuna
  • 1 small pkg. macaroni or 2 c.
  • 1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients (except Cheddar cheese) and refrigerate overnight.

    Let casserole stand at room temperature for one hour before baking time.

    Cheddar cheese may be sprinkled on the top, if desired.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
