Overnight Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. chopped chicken, shrimp, tuna or ham
  • 2 c. uncooked elbow or shell macaroni
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimiento
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl; refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake for approximately 1 1/4 hours at 350°.
