Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped chicken, shrimp, tuna or ham
- 2 c. uncooked elbow or shell macaroni
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small jar pimiento
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a large bowl; refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Do not cover.

3Bake for approximately 1 1/4 hours at 350°.
