Kale Salad

  • bag of kale from djs
  • craisins
  • pine nuts... dry toast them
  • parmesan crisps (400 deg. 5-7 min on nonstick foil on cookie sheet)... until lightly browned

    get rid of all stems and massage kale

    toast pine nuts

    cook parmesan crisps and break up
  4. 4
    dressing-- mix 2 oz olive oil and 2 oz.. GOOD balsamic vinegar ( like OLIVIER FROM WILLIAM SONOMA) ... and add a little salt and pepper

    let salad sit for 15 min w/ dressing on
