  • 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 (8 oz.) box macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, diced
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • some frozen peas and grated carrot for color
  • bread or potato chip crumbs

Directions

    Mix together all but crumbs and put in 9 x 15-inch dish. Refrigerate overnight.

    Set out 1 hour before baking and put bread or potato chip crumbs on top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
