- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 c. lukewarm milk, scalded, then cooled
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter or oleo, softened
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Brush with half the butter; sprinkle with 1/2 the cinnamon, sugar mixture.

2Roll up.

3Cut into 1-inch slices.

4Place in a greased muffin tin.

5Repeat with other half.

6Cover and let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

7Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375°.
