Overnight Coffee Cake

  • 34 cup chopped pecans
  • 16 ounces frozen Parker House Rolls
  • 3 12 ounces butterscotch pudding mix
  • 12 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions

    Sprinkle nuts in greased bundt pan.

    Arrange rolls evenly over nuts.

    Sprinkle dry pudding mix over rolls.

    Combine brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix well.

    Spoon over rolls covering as much of the dry pudding as possible.

    Cover the bundt pan with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.

    In the morning remove plastic wrap.

    Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
