- 16 slices English bread, crusts removed
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. diced ham
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Place 8 slices of bread on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with cheese and ham.

2Cover with remaining bread slices. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3Before baking, top with corn flakes and drizzle with butter.

4Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours at 325°.

5Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
