  • 5 to 7 pieces bread, buttered
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Put bread on bottom of a rectangular casserole dish.

    Beat eggs and add next 4 ingredients to egg mixture.

    Pour over bread slices.

    Top with Cheddar cheese.

    Put in refrigerator overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
