- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 12 slices bread, cubed
- 2 c. ham or bacon
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Beat eggs, add milk, mustard, salt and pepper.

2Put bread cubes in 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Sprinkle meat on top, then pour egg mixture over top.

4Sprinkle cheese on top.

5Put in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, bake at 350° for 1 hour.
