  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 12 slices bread, cubed
  • 2 c. ham or bacon
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Beat eggs, add milk, mustard, salt and pepper.

    Put bread cubes in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Sprinkle meat on top, then pour egg mixture over top.

    Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Put in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, bake at 350° for 1 hour.
