- 16 slices bread
- 2 c. cubed ham
- 1 c. American cheese, grated
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Butter 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

2Cut crust from 8 slices of bread. Put in bottom of pan.

3Sprinkle with ham and cheese.

4Place 8 more slices of crustless bread on top.

5Beat eggs; add milk, salt and dry mustard.

6Pour over bread.

7Crush corn flakes; mix in melted butter.

8Sprinkle over top of bread.

9Cover with foil and put in refrigerator overnight.

10Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
