  • 2 cups diced chicken, shrimp, or ham
  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cans mushroom or chicken soup
  • 1/2 pound grated American cheese
  • 4 hard cooked eggs, chopped (optional)
  • 1 can drained water chestnuts, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 green pepper chopped (optional)
  • 1 medium chopped onion (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimento (optional)

Directions
