- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions

1Pour into a jar the oatmeal, flax and chia seeds and add the almond milk. Mix the preparation and add the tablespoon of maple syrup and re-mix.
