  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions

    Pour into a jar the oatmeal, flax and chia seeds and add the almond milk. Mix the preparation and add the tablespoon of maple syrup and re-mix.

    Place in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning.
