  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8 c. flour

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Knead well and cover dough. Every hour, for 5 hours, knead the dough down again.

    Then shape the dough into hamburger buns or rolls.

    After they rise (I wait until morning), bake at 325° for 15 minutes or light golden brown.
