Overnight Rump Roast

- 1 rump roast
- 1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
- salt
- flour
- peeled potatoes (if desired)
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 large clove garlic, peeled
- pepper
- olive or cooking oil
- peeled carrots (if desired)
Directions

1Salt and pepper roast.

2Cut garlic clove in half and rub garlic on each side of roast.

3Cover all sides of roast with flour.

4Brown floured roast in oil on both sides.

5Place roast in slow cooker. Add onion soup mix, golden mushroom soup and 1 soup can of water to pan the roast was browned in.

6Bring to slow boil.

7Stir well and pour over roast.

8Cook overnight on high.
