Ingredients

  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard
  • 1 lb. marshmallows
  • 1 large can chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 pt. whipped cream

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour, salt, mustard and egg with a little water to smooth.

    Heat pineapple and lemon juice.

    Add mixture; cook until nearly thick.

    Add butter; cook until smooth.

    Cool.

    Add the marshmallows and the fruit.

    Fold in whipped cream.

    Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
