Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2) can green peas, drained
  • 1 (No. 2) can French green beans, drained
  • 1 (No. 2) can whole corn, drained
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 oz. jar pimento
  • salt to taste
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)
  • 1 tsp. water

Directions

    Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.

    Mix sugar, vinegar, salad oil, paprika and water.

    Pour mixture over vegetables.

    Stir well and chill 24 hours.
