Ox - Tail Soup

  • 2 each oxtails cut
  • 2 each onions
  • 2 each carrots
  • 1 small turnip
  • 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
  • 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 gallon water

Directions

    All all ingredients to a pot and boil for 2 hours; then take out the tails and cut the meat in small pieces.

    Return meat and bones to soup.

    Add salt, pepper and flour.
  4. 4
    Cook for quarter of an hour.
