  • 4 cans oysters
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 6 to 8 unsalted or wheat saltines
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • dash of seafood seasoning
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Place oysters in bottom of 1 quart casserole dish.

    Crush crackers, layer on top of oysters.

    Pour lemon juice over mixture. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, Worcestershire, red pepper and seafood seasoning together.

    Pour over oysters and crackers.

    Bake in 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes until dish is firm and brown.
