- 4 cans oysters
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 6 to 8 unsalted or wheat saltines
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- dash of seafood seasoning
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Place oysters in bottom of 1 quart casserole dish.

2Crush crackers, layer on top of oysters.

3Pour lemon juice over mixture. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, Worcestershire, red pepper and seafood seasoning together.

4Pour over oysters and crackers.

5Bake in 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes until dish is firm and brown.
