Oyster Casserole

  • 1 qt. oysters
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 lb. Ritz crackers, rolled into crumbs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 pt. half and half cream

Directions

    In 3-quart casserole, use half of oysters.

    Add 1/2 cup celery and 1/2 of Ritz cracker crumbs.

    Then add other oysters, celery and cracker crumbs.

    Pour half and half cream and butter, melted, on top of casserole.

    Bake in oven at 325° until lightly brown. Serves 10 or more.
