  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can oysters (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 3 c. oyster liquid and enough milk to make volume
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1 c. cooked, diced potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn (undrained)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • chopped parsley (garnish)

    reserving liquid. Remove any shell particles.
