  • 1 1/2 lb. lean boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c. apple cider
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
