- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. apple cider
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Thoroughly dredge pork with flour.
