Oyster Corn Casserole

  • 1 c. melted margarine
  • 4 c. crumbled saltine crackers
  • 1 pt. canned oysters, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1/2 c. cream (half and half)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Mix the first 2 ingredients together.

    Mix remaining ingredients together.

    Layer crackers, corn mixture, oysters, crackers, corn mixture and oysters.

    Top with crackers.

    In a 2-quart casserole, bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until crackers are golden brown.
