Oyster Fried Rice-Style

  • 1 heaped 2 rice bowls' worth Cooked rice (warm)
  • 10 Oysters (for cooking)
  • 1 Green onions (or Japanese leeks)
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Cooking sake
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil (for frying)

Directions

    Thoroughly wash and dry the oysters Combine the ingredients.

    Chop up the green onions.

    Add the sesame oil to a heated frying pan and cook the oysters.

    Once they've swelled up flavor with the ingredients.

    When the flavor soaks in remove, only the oysters.

    Add the rice to the frying pan from Step 2 and cook well.

    Add the oysters and green onions last.

    Mix everything together and it's complete.

    Transfer to a serving plate and you're finished.
