Ingredients
- 1 heaped 2 rice bowls' worth Cooked rice (warm)
- 10 Oysters (for cooking)
- 1 Green onions (or Japanese leeks)
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tsp Cooking sake
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil (for frying)
Directions

1Thoroughly wash and dry the oysters Combine the ingredients.

2Chop up the green onions.

3Add the sesame oil to a heated frying pan and cook the oysters.

4Once they've swelled up flavor with the ingredients.

5When the flavor soaks in remove, only the oysters.

6Add the rice to the frying pan from Step 2 and cook well.

7Add the oysters and green onions last.

8Mix everything together and it's complete.

9Transfer to a serving plate and you're finished.
