- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 pt. oysters with juice
- 7 to 8 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt margarine in saucepan. Add oysters and cook until edges curl. Remove oysters and broth to blender and process on medium for 2 to 3 seconds (until oysters are chopped).

2Return to pan and add milk and seasonings. Cook over medium-low heat until hot.
