  • 1 pt. oysters
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 qt. milk

Directions

    Check oysters between fingers and thumb for shell particles. Melt margarine over medium heat and put oysters into hot margarine.

    Cook until oysters begin to curl at edges.

    Add all milks; cook until just before boiling.

    Do not boil.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Serve immediately with Zestas.
