- 1 pt. half and half
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1/2 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 qt. milk
Directions

1Check oysters between fingers and thumb for shell particles. Melt margarine over medium heat and put oysters into hot margarine.

2Cook until oysters begin to curl at edges.

3Add all milks; cook until just before boiling.

4Do not boil.

5Add salt and pepper.
