- 3 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 cup onion, finely minced
- 1 pint oyster (cut up if desired)
- 1 quart half-and-half
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions

1In saucepan, heat butter.

2Add onions and saute 1 minute.

3Add oysters.

4Cook just until oysters start to curl (3 min).

5Add half and half, salt and paprika.

6Heat just to boiling.

7Serve right away, with a little parsley on top.
