- 1 tbsp butter
- 8 oz broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- sniped dill and old bay seasoning for garnish
- Oyster broth
- 2 cups 1/2 and 1/2
- 6 cups heavy cream
- shot of tabasco
- oyster juice
- (makes ~1 quart to serve 4)
Directions

1In a small pan start your butter, bacon and oysters until oysters are cooked lightly. Add cream broth, bring gentl to a boil and simmer about 1 minute. Adjust seasoning. Pour into bowl and garnish.
