  • small onion
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. butter

    Melt butter.

    Add onion and cook until soft.

    Add oysters, cooking about 1 1/2 minutes or until edges begin to curl.

    Add milk and cook until hot (do not boil).
