- 1 qt. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add onion and cook until soft.

3Add oysters, cooking about 1 1/2 minutes or until edges begin to curl.

4Add milk and cook until hot (do not boil).

5Add salt and pepper and stir.
