- 1 pt. oysters (standard size)
- 2 qt. milk
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 stick margarine
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. celery
Directions

1In saucepan, melt margarine.

2Add oysters (drained), salt, pepper and celery; steam until oysters curly.

3Blend milk together and add to mixture in saucepan.

4Heat until hot...(do not boil). Cover and let stand about 15 minutes.

5Re-heat if necessary. Serve with a dash of paprika and crackers.
