  • 8 oz. oysters
  • 1 small Carnation milk
  • 3 c. whole milk
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. dash
  • 1/2 tsp. Greek seasoning
  • celery, garlic and onion salts

Directions

    Simmer oysters in own fluid, plus 1/4 cup water.

    Skim! Add cup milk plus whole milk plus butter.

    Add Greek seasoning. Continue to simmer 6 minutes adding several sprinkles of celery, garlic and onion salt.

    Garnish with parsley flakes.

    Serve with oyster crackers (2 large bowls), stirring throughout.
