- 1 small Carnation milk
- 3 c. whole milk
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. dash
- 1/2 tsp. Greek seasoning
- celery, garlic and onion salts
Directions

1Simmer oysters in own fluid, plus 1/4 cup water.

2Skim! Add cup milk plus whole milk plus butter.

3Add Greek seasoning. Continue to simmer 6 minutes adding several sprinkles of celery, garlic and onion salt.

4Garnish with parsley flakes.

5Serve with oyster crackers (2 large bowls), stirring throughout.
